Is my photo of sufficient quality?

To determine whether your photo is of sufficient quality to be printed on a suitcase, it is best to look at the pixels of the photo.

It is important that you upload the original photo, so preferably not a photo that you have received via social media or WhatsApp. If you did not take the photo yourself, ask the photographer to send it to you by email. This will ensure that the photo retains its optimal quality in terms of pixel count.

- For a perfect print, your photo should preferably be 800 x 1200 pixels and at least 800 kb in size.

- If you want to be absolutely sure of a sharp print, select our photo check during the ordering process. You can do this by ticking the box. We will then check your photo before printing and notify you if the quality is not good enough.

Is my photo on social media suitable?

Programmes such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat reduce the size of photos, making them less suitable for larger prints.

If you want to be absolutely sure of a sharp print, select our photo check during the ordering process. You can do this by ticking the relevant box. We will then check your photo before printing and notify you if the quality is not good enough.

When will I receive my suitcase(s)?

When you complete your order at NoBoringSuitcases, you select the latest date on which your package will be delivered. If you no longer know this date, check the delivery date stated on the order confirmation you received by email.

Please note that the delivery time is calculated in working days, so weekends are not included.

At NoBoringSuitcases, we strive for perfection! However, something may go wrong with the delivery of your suitcase. If your suitcase has exceeded the latest delivery date and you have not yet received a Track & Trace link from us, please send a message to our customer service. Our staff will be happy to help you!

Shipping costs

At the end of the ordering process, you can choose from various shipping methods. The price you pay for this depends on how quickly you need your suitcase. If you order your suitcase urgently, you will pay a little extra because we will give your suitcase priority in terms of production and shipping.

Please note: if you do not want to pay any extra costs, choose the option with the lowest shipping costs. This is standard shipping.

My suitcase is delayed

The delivery of your suitcase may be delayed by our carrier. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. Once your suitcase is in the hands of our transport company, we can no longer speed up the delivery. The information you see via Track & Trace is also the information that our customer service representative sees.

If the status of your parcel has not changed after 3 working days, please contact our customer service team. From that moment on, we can start an investigation with the carrier.

Did not receive a Track & Trace link

If you do not receive Track & Trace, this is unfortunate. There are several reasons why Track & Trace may not have reached you.

- You entered an incorrect email address when placing your order.

In this case, please wait for the maximum delivery time (5 working days) for your suitcase. It will probably arrive on time. If the package has not arrived after this delivery time, please contact our customer service.

- Your suitcase has not yet been shipped.

As soon as your suitcase has been made, the Track & Trace will be sent to your email address. The speed with which your suitcase is put into production depends on the delivery time you have chosen. If you have chosen a longer delivery time, it may take 2 to 3 working days before you receive the track and trace. We know that you cannot wait to receive your suitcase, but we kindly ask you to be patient and not to call or email us immediately.

Delivered but not received

It is not the policy of the carrier, but sometimes a delivery person may leave the package containing your suitcase somewhere around your home, under a canopy, in the shed or with your neighbours without leaving a note to inform you. We therefore advise you to check this carefully.

If the parcel is not there, please contact our customer service team. Our staff will look into it for you!

My Track & Trace link is not working

It may happen that you receive a Track & Trace link from us, but that it does not work yet. The message below will appear when you click on the link. This means that the parcel has been prepared for shipment but has not yet arrived at the carrier. As soon as the carrier receives and processes the parcel, you will be able to track your shipment.

If the status has not changed after 24 hours, please contact our customer service. Our staff will be happy to help you!

My address is incorrect

First, carefully check that the address on the order confirmation is correct. Then contact our

- If the address is correct, please indicate that the address in the Track & Trace link is correct. We will pass this on to DHL.

- If the address is incorrect, please send us the correct address. We will forward this address to DHL.

Package will be returned

We regret to hear that your parcel has been returned by the carrier. There may be several reasons for this. Click on the cause to view the corresponding solution.

- The parcel was damaged in transit

As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we will reprint it and send it to you as a matter of urgency.

- The address is incorrect

Please check the address on the order confirmation. If it is incorrect, please send the correct address to our customer service department.

Delivered to service point

As soon as we receive the returned package, we will ship it back to you immediately and notify you accordingly.
