It is important that you upload the original photo, so preferably not a photo that you have received via social media or WhatsApp. If you did not take the photo yourself, ask the photographer to send it to you by email. This will ensure that the photo retains its optimal quality in terms of pixel count.
- For a perfect print, your photo should preferably be 800 x 1200 pixels and at least 800 kb in size.
- If you want to be absolutely sure of a sharp print, select our photo check during the ordering process. You can do this by ticking the box. We will then check your photo before printing and notify you if the quality is not good enough.

Please note that the delivery time is calculated in working days, so weekends are not included.
At NoBoringSuitcases, we strive for perfection! However, something may go wrong with the delivery of your suitcase. If your suitcase has exceeded the latest delivery date and you have not yet received a Track & Trace link from us, please send a message to our customer service. Our staff will be happy to help you!
Please note: if you do not want to pay any extra costs, choose the option with the lowest shipping costs. This is standard shipping.
If the status of your parcel has not changed after 3 working days, please contact our customer service team. From that moment on, we can start an investigation with the carrier.
- You entered an incorrect email address when placing your order.
In this case, please wait for the maximum delivery time (5 working days) for your suitcase. It will probably arrive on time. If the package has not arrived after this delivery time, please contact our customer service.
- Your suitcase has not yet been shipped.
As soon as your suitcase has been made, the Track & Trace will be sent to your email address. The speed with which your suitcase is put into production depends on the delivery time you have chosen. If you have chosen a longer delivery time, it may take 2 to 3 working days before you receive the track and trace. We know that you cannot wait to receive your suitcase, but we kindly ask you to be patient and not to call or email us immediately.
If the parcel is not there, please contact our customer service team. Our staff will look into it for you!
If the status has not changed after 24 hours, please contact our customer service. Our staff will be happy to help you!
- If the address is correct, please indicate that the address in the Track & Trace link is correct. We will pass this on to DHL.
- If the address is incorrect, please send us the correct address. We will forward this address to DHL.
- The parcel was damaged in transit
As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we will reprint it and send it to you as a matter of urgency.
- The address is incorrect
Please check the address on the order confirmation. If it is incorrect, please send the correct address to our customer service department.
