Our photo products are custom made for you based on the image, size, and options chosen by you in our ordering tool, which means the right of withdrawal does not apply. This also applies to images from our own collection or a selected photo from a partner platform. However, you can return the product if you have a valid complaint about the quality, if the product is damaged, and/or if parts are missing. We kindly ask you to follow the three steps below:

1. Inform us!
   Do you have a complaint? Comments or complaints about the product after receipt must be reported to us within 4 working days. We aim to handle your complaint as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your photo promptly. After submitting your comment or complaint, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. You can submit your complaint with accompanying photos to info@noboringsuitcases.com.
2. We'll send you a return label
   We will create a return label for you and send it to you via email. Please print this label and attach it to the return package. Then, drop off the package at a DHL parcel shop.
3. You will receive a new photo product, a voucher, or a refund.
   Depending on your complaint and comments, we will offer you a suitable solution within 3 working days after receiving the product back from you, in the form of a new photo product, a voucher, or a refund to your bank account.
